What to Bring
Help your child prepare for an amazing day at camp
Indoor Shoes
Ballet or jazz shoes may be worn during dance activities, but are not required. Socks or bare feet are also acceptable
Water Bottle

Everything you need to know about our Winter Day Camps
What should my child bring to camp?

Please send your child with:
- Nut-free and sesame-free lunch with morning and afternoon snacks
- Water bottle (labeled with child's name)
- Comfortable, form-fitting clothing for dance (no jeans). Arrive dressed for dance activities
- Ballet or jazz shoes (optional - socks or bare feet are also acceptable for dance activities)
- Painting smock or oversized t-shirt (we don't always use washable paint)
- Change of clothes
- Appropriate outerwear for forecasted weather
- Any necessary medications including EPI-Pens (clearly labeled)
Important: Label all items with your child's name. Please leave electronics, stuffed animals, and toys at home.
Is lunch provided?

No, lunch is not provided. Please pack a nut & sesame-free lunch and snacks for your child. We have a designated lunch break where campers can enjoy their meals together.
What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change! Here's our cancellation policy for single-day camps:
- Written notice required: Email [email protected] at least 1 week before the camp date
- Refund option: Full refund minus $15 cancellation fee
- Credit option: Full credit with no cancellation fee (can be used for future camps, dance classes, by siblings or parents; excludes private music lessons)
- After deadline: No refunds except in cases of medical emergency
What are your drop-off and pick-up times?

Drop-off: 8:30am - 9:00am
Camp Day: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Aftercare: 4:00pm - 5:30pm (pre-registration required)
Specific drop-off and pick-up procedures will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can siblings attend together?

Absolutely! We love having siblings at camp. We take friend requests when planning our camp groups, so siblings and friends can be grouped together when possible. While they'll be organized by age for activities, they'll see each other during breaks, outdoor play, and transitions. Many families register multiple children for the same days to simplify logistics.
